I've been in real estate since 1992, spending 30+ years in production and holding roles from agent to broker to coach. I'm the bestselling author of The Real Estate Bucket Playbook, the creator of the 8 Bucket System, and a bilingual national speaker.
I'm based in Florida, but I speak nationwide and worldwide, including Latin America. Whether your room holds sixty agents at a brokerage or six hundred at a conference, my talks end the same way: with your people knowing exactly what to do on Monday morning. Not by chance. By design.
